Ceramides are amazing, really helping me with my hair and general hair strength, you should try them, the most common oil with high ceramides over 60% is sunflower oil! Great it a try as a pre-poo and see how it works for you. HHJ to you too! ;)Yvonne - Diary of Anotha Chichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07049148832165372467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3871794800635442326.post-36018793786305054192013-08-26T08:15:05.733+01:002013-08-26T08:15:05.733+01:00I identify so much with your blog posts. They save the hairline. Castor oil is the best thing that ever happened to me on this HHJ. I use it every day on my hairline and there is a huge difference. Good luck on your journey.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18232749851544739025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3871794800635442326.post-43789216371090853332013-08-25T10:23:18.341+01:002013-08-25T10:23:18.341+01:00Your English is great!! I worked with bunning because everyone was doing them and looking back on it now, their buns were always quite loose not to stress the hair line or hair!<br />That's for commenting and reading, it's always great to have others at similar lengths to help during the journey! HHJ to you too and will watch out for your progress!!Yvonne - Diary of Anotha Chichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07049148832165372467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3871794800635442326.post-71265342264246463212013-08-25T02:14:34.939+01:002013-08-25T02:14:34.939+01:00As a newbie I don't feel I really have stretch...As a newbie I don't feel I really have stretching techinics, but you are so right about ceramides , I swear by this (grape seed and hemp oil!!!!) my ends can not live without this. moreover you are first blogger i know who talks about HAIR CLIPS !!!!!
