Wash day #8 weeks post

[1] Sectioned hair in 8 twists and applied a Vatika Black Seed Conditioner with a mixture if glycerine, lavender oil, rosemary oil and walnut oil.

[2] Detangled and left it on overnight

[3] Rinsed out conditioner

[4] Shampooed hair with Elasta QP creme and conditioning shampoo mixed with walnut oil.

[5] Tea rinsed with rosemary tea

[6] Co wash  with Herbal Essence hello hydration

[7] T shirt dried my hair and sprayed Aussie Hair Miracle Leave in conditioner and detangled.

[8] Flat twisted and wore a wig for the rest of the day.

How was your last wash day. For 8 weeks post my hair has been really good, my new growth appears to be really blended with my new growth.

“ If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle. ” - Federick Douglass
