Review of goals #1 of 4 oct goals

1. 1 litre of Water a day - did 6.5 days out of 7, couldn't finish off my half litre on Sunday *sigh*

2. Roll set - check!

This weeks 

1. 1 litre a day
2. Roller set
3. GHE 3 times a week Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

  1. I like how you have a weekly goal!

    1. This was because of last month, I got 2 of my 5 goals, so one of my monthly goals was to check in weekly ;), so far so good!

  2. Congrats on your mini-goal #win! Nothing that I do, say, or read is enough to convince me to whip out my rollers. No sweat though---my kiddos use them has building blocks. *shrugs* Ha-ha!

    1. Hehe, I know what you mean about the rollers, I am just hoping it becomes a habit. I wish my twist out could work out then I can alternate. For now it's working! :)

  4. I am about to do a flexi set challenge myself. I find that once mini twists get old my hair starts to tangle and that is counterproductive.

    My goal is to only stop and get a soda on the way to work once a week. Then, that way the other days I'll be forced to drink water.

    Great goals keep it up!!

  5. Yeah I also find that Bantu knots get my hair all tangles and makes it worse.

    Oh that's a good goal. I used to love sodas as well, but I have completely gotten off them and then it was all about squash, but now water is not so bad, though it was hard to start with.
