April hair goals

Ok I have never done hair goals, but there is always a first for everything

1. Drink 1 litre of water a day, am bad with water, so need to get it down

2. Maintain weekly wash days

3. M&S every other day

4. Control my breaking

5. Research and understand on protein hair balance

Think 5 will be a great start. Wish me luck and hope I hold to it!!
